1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PromptAnvil (www.promptanvil.com), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service & AI Nature

PromptAnvil provides a web-based platform for generating, managing, and sharing AI prompts. You understand and agree that the Service may utilize third-party Artificial Intelligence technologies (including Groq AI) to generate content.

AI Disclaimer:

  • Accuracy: Artificial Intelligence is an evolving technology. Outputs generated by the Service may be inaccurate, offensive, or inappropriate. PromptAnvil does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any generated output.
  • No Professional Advice: Outputs should not be considered professional legal, medical, or financial advice. Always verify important information independently.

3. User Accounts & Security

PromptAnvil may offer account features in the future. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify PromptAnvil of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security.

4. User Conduct & Prohibited Acts

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Generate or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of another’s privacy.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other type of malicious code.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service or attempt to derive its source code (to the extent permitted by law).
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, user accounts, or computer systems (hacking).
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping methods that harm the Service or violate reasonable usage limits.
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Beta Service & Data Loss

The Service is currently provided as a public beta offering. Features may change, be discontinued, or behave unexpectedly.

Because the Service is in beta, you acknowledge and agree that data may be lost, including (but not limited to) prompts, templates, configurations, and generated content. You are solely responsible for exporting and backing up any content you consider important.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PromptAnvil and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Turkey and foreign countries.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall PromptAnvil, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates (including Vercel, Render, and Groq), be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
  • Any content obtained from the Service; or
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In particular, PromptAnvil is not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or deletion, including loss of prompts, configurations, templates, or generated content, whether due to beta changes, system errors, maintenance, third-party providers, or other causes.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Turkey, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
